Taker of Skulls Released

That’s the fifth book in the Kormak series, Taker of Skulls, released. It’s a rip-roaring adventure in which our bold monster hunter is dispatched on a potential suicide mission among the ruins of the once-great dwarven civilisation of the  Kingdoms of the Sun. The book features demented hordes of mutant goblins, survivalist dwarves and one of the most terrifying Old Ones Kormak has ever faced.

Taker of Skulls is available amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, Barnes & Noble and Smashwords. It may be available on Apple’s iBookstore by the time you read this but, as ever, Apple are a law unto themselves.

As a special introductory offer, the price will be $2.99 or the local equivalent until midnight Thursday Central European Time when I will be raising the price to the usual $4.99 or equivalent. If you’re interested right now is a great time to buy!

Just to whet your appetite here is the blurb for the book.

  1. look forward to reading it, have enjoyed all the Korma Saga books so far.

Was also wondering if you intend to return to the Terrarch chronicles soon?

    thanks for the stories

    1. Thanks, Craig, I am hoping to get back to the Terrarchs later in the year, but, alas, I said the same thing last year before real life intervened. For what it’s worth, there is a small crossover between the Terrarch world and Kormak’s world in the next Kormak novel with the re-appearance of the Quan from the Queen’s Assassin.

  2. Shut up and take my money! 😀 Also looking forward to reading more Kormak.

Glad your feeling better, as a fellow diabetic I feel your pain. As a shameless fanboy I look forward to the new book. Have a good one.

    1. Not sure, when we will the return of Jack Brodie, mate. I really want to get back to him and planned on doing so later this year but who knows if that will happen? Of late, every time I think I am getting on top of stuff something seems to come up. Thanks for the kind words about The Inquiry Agent. It’s one of my favourites among my own books.

  3. Great story! I read it today and it was a very exciting and a Moria vibe. Getting chased by Goblins in a Drwaven underground city.
